Podcast Album Art: How to set? [#15726]

I have quite a lot of podcasts but most of them are missing an album cover in the grid view on the subscription node.

It seems almost random. Some of them seem to grab from the feed but I have albums where the feed is defunct and they are still set properly.

For all of the missing ones, I've tried setting the Front Cover for every episode to the same image and stored that image in both the tag and the album folder (and moved everything to a single folder), but it still does not show a thumbnail in the grid view.

It shows the image fetched from the feed itself (i.e. if RSS includes the image link).
This cannot be customized atm, it is up to the feed creator to include an image.

Please allow users to change the album cover for podcast albums.
