MM5 Generates The Same Thumbnail Each And Every Time

Is there any reason why MM5 has to generate thumbnails for video files every time I open it up even though I haven't added any new video files?

It failed probably previous time(s) for some reason. Or have the affected files thumbnail then? Could you generate debug log and send me?
