Feature request: Hold shift to finely-adjust volume slider [#16807]

I think the default volume adjustment of 5% each time you scroll the mouse is very good, but it would be nice if there was an option to adjust it more finely. I would love that if I am holding shift, scrolling the volume up and down would go by 1% instead of 5%. This way, if I am keeping my volume very low (between 1% and 10%) it would be much easier to adjust it.

You can finely control it using the slider itself.

Thanks so much for adding it to the list!
Yeah, I am aware that I can control it with the mouse, but it's a bit difficult to get it Just Right - I think that having the ability to finely adjust with the scroll wheel will make it much better. :D
