This is repeatable across 50 files tested.
I am unable to delete artwork from files. MM5 (5.0.0.3330) goes through the motions, allowing the artwork to (apparently) be deleted via "right-click"-...Remove, and it disappears from the Artwork screen. I select OK, close the properties window, then go back to the file properties...Artwork, and the deleted file is back.
MM5 also shows the file as "unsaved", but obviously that is not the case, is it?
[SOLVED] Cannot delete artwork

Re: Cannot delete artwork
"Unsaved" artwork is those that is auto-looked up.
Go to Options > Library > Metadata lookup
and ucheck the '[x] Artwork' checkbox in the "Background metadata lookup section"

Re: Cannot delete artwork
MediaMonkey auto looks up Artwork which will show as unsaved. This means although MediaMonkey associated the Artwork with the file internally, the file itself has no association with the Artwork.
