I was thinking of responding to https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 52#p483252 so gave the report option another go.
I found that the output showed ALL files with Media as Podcasts:
https://octoberclub-my.sharepoint.com/: ... g?e=PEhjI4
Here is the CSV output file:
https://octoberclub-my.sharepoint.com/: ... g?e=cx0sD5
Perhaps someone (with Podcasts in their library?) can check this on their setup and see if they get the same.
Specifically, I used the All Track sub-node of Music then Selected All before using File / Create Reports / File List (CSV).

Re: Report to CSV Shows All Files with Media Podcast
Media column contains name of media (HDD, external disk, etc.). It seems, your drive E is called "PODCASTS" in the system?

Which Build are you on? What does MediaMonkey show in the Media column? Media is the name of the drive the files are located on.

Re: Report to CSV Shows All Files with Media Podcast
Thanks for replies. The hard disk was called PODCASTS but got changed to MEDIA recently (maybe 2 weeks or so ago).
The Folders node shows E:\ [MEDIA]
The library shows MEDIA as PODCASTS and E:\MUSIC is scanned with At Startup schedule Auto Detection media type.
So I think the confusion is that it is not "updating" the MEDIA name during the rescan?
Build is 5.0.1.2418 the current version and is a "Normal" Installation.
Hope this makes sense.

Re: Report to CSV Shows All Files with Media Podcast [SOLVED]
OK, so the Location sub-node of Entire Library / Music / Classical Music etc. was still set to the "old" E:\PODCASTS name despite me renaming a few weeks ago.
So I just deleted ALL the tracks from the library and re-scanned. Now everything is aligned to E:\MEDIA.
Probably not worth worrying about too much. I guess not too many people will be giving their hard disk a different name that often! The correction was relatively quick and painless.
