In MMW4 I created my own collection called "No Lyrics" with the criteria:
1). Lyrics is unknown
2). Type equals Music
3). Album Artist doesn't equal Various
4). Artist doesn't equal Various
This returns 2365 files from my library of ~35k
When installing 2500 I allowed the installation to use the MMW4 settings and it created / carried across my collections which were Downloads / All New Music / Low Bit Rate and No Lyrics.
Downloads / All New Music and Low Bit Rate all seem to work fine but No Lyrics has a nil return. Using the Collections option screen it shows:
1). Lyrics is unknown
2). Type equals Music
3). Album Artist doesn't equal "click to set"
4). Artist doesn't equal "click to set"
So as soon as I use "click to set" and point to Various it works as in MMW4.
Not certain I would describe this as a bug but behaviour is a little quirky.
Is this happening because:
1). Too many criteria
2). Need to manually "point" to contents of the new MMW5 "Artists" / "Album Artists" table.
I do not think there is anything in the forum / knowledgebase explaining this little quirk. I guess it will not impact too many users?
Hope this is useful feedback. I haven't checked if this "quirk" existed prior to MMW5 2500.
Notes of My Collection Criteria:
Downloads - Match All / Path Contains E:\Downloads (should perhaps rename this to Download Folder)
All New Music - Match All / Added > 19/05/2021 / Type equals Music
Low Bit Rate - Match All / Bitrate <= 100
21st Century Music - Match All / Date >- 2000

I don't follow. Are you saying the Collection Criteria imported incorrectly from MM4 and didn't have Album Artist and Artist set with the Value of Various?

Hi Lowlander,
It appears that simple (single criterium) Collections import OK but complex ones do not.
Not certain if that is due to them being multiple criteria OR due to specific fields being used.
I guess the question is "what triggers the CLICK TO SET" on the import of collections.
Hope this helps.

Can you please share your original MediaMonkey 4 database file with support: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support
Also name the affected Collection(s). This will help a developer analyze why this is happening.

Hi Lowlander,
MM.DB on my Cloud storage and link provided in support area.
I do not use AutoPlaylists, the problem was with the import of a Collection with 4 criteria.
