I just upgraded to MMW5 today and it appears to have gone without a hitch ...
except my favourite Skin is not available (Aracebo, since you ask) - any chance...?
So do old Skins for MMW4 not automatically work in MMW5?

Unfortunately no, Skins can't be ported from MediaMonkey 4 to MediaMonkey 5.

Aw
Pardon my ignorance, but is they anywhere in Mediamonkey's settings where we can set the appearance of the various elements ourselves?
I am find the 4 default skins for MMW5 are very contrast and harsh on the eye (i.e. brilliant bright text on black.... or jet black text on peak white - with other boundary elements a very pale grey that is hard to see).
The skin I had been using for years had a grey background (instead of peak white), so it was less like staring into a lightbulb

Not within MediaMonkey, it's part of the Skin itself: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=81285
