Sorry just before I do go to bed, is it asking to backup the music files themselves or the database?

Right hello, updated the build.
I've just tried: Add/rescan and chosen auto detect for the folder where I've saved the .m3u playlists. and whilst they seem to have imported they're all displaying as Blank
Edit: is there a way to rescan the playlist to update the referenced path to the file on automatic as quite a few of the files are from different places.

Please capture errors like these in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643
This will help a developer analyze why this happens in your setup.
As far as empty Playlists, it normally means the Paths on the Playlists don't point to where the files actually reside (can't be found). You'll need to edit the Paths in a text editor (like Notepad) and then scan the Playlists into MediaMonkey.

Hi,
Based on Screenshot it maybe an issue that your Antivirus software still do not have MM in their white list and blocks MM to access clean Temp files, needed to sync with devices, also it is possible that Windows put MM files into VirtualStore folder which again limits MM access to system files and devices to perform sync.
Try Running MM as Administrator.

Hey Peke,
I ran it in admin mode + added the .exe to the allow list in malware bytes it came up with this for Sync list (Device --> Library)
Decided just to try sending a new playlist of songs across, but just as it seems to finish when it says "uploading" metadata it comes up with this

Update,
going to try adding exceptions to avast as well as realised I hadn't done that yet either
Ok Nope, everytime without fail it has come up with that error no matter how I sync it to my fiio m7 via usb
yet the entire playlist I synced has been sent across properly.....weird.

and now backedup mediamonkey and then did the rebuild database and got this
binary keyboard
Do you think I should try just reinstalling Mediamonkey and also cleaning out the caché?
