Making filter "case sensitive"

Post by frank1969a »

Is there a way to make the filter in MMW5 case sensitive?

I wanna unify the spelling eg for "Armin van Buuren" and "Armin Van Buuren".
If I filter vor "Armin Van Buuren" it shows both and it's pretty difficult for the eye to find the ones with the capital letter "manually".
(And no, it is not an option to change them all to "Armin van Buuren", for there are also about 200 entries "Armin van Buuren\\xy" or "Armin Van Buuren\\xy" that I have to look after.

Thanks

Hi Frank,

different spellings of "Artist" can be processed very well with the "Column Filter".

No, there is no method to accomplish this.

You do have Tools > Edit Tags > Case Checker available to help you change case on selected files in your Library.
