It depends on the Skin and MediaMonkey version. Monkey Groove on MediaMonkey 5.0.2 allows for it.

I use Monkey Groove, how can I edit the colors? Dooes this have to be done in ini files or so, or is there an editor for that?

Tools > Options > Skins if you're using the latest MediaMonkey 5.0.2.

once your on Monkey Groove you can go to Tools>Options>Layout>Skins and adjust it as well. The benefit of this extra step is that it won't interrupt your play

Oh cool, I did that and see that I can adjust the accent color, but is there a way to really go in depth with the cusomization, like font (color), the background colors in general and so on?
