Newbee problem: ripping albums with multiple discs

Hi, I just bought MediaMonkey, and feel like a real novice.
My problem : I ripped several symphonies, which each cover two CDs, and MediaMonkey treats them as two seperate albums.
How do I "recombine" them, so I can replay them without any interruption?
