New Install MMW5 - Error Message - Cannot Decode mp3

Upgrading from MMW4. Library scanned into MMW5 showing all files.

However, when i go to play music receive error message below on every file:

Playback failed.... cannot decode .mp3

Any suggestions on what I am doing incorrectly?

Can you play the same files using Folders in the Media Tree instead?

Can you describe how the files are stored and if Path is correct in MediaMonkey when it fails?

Unable to play from folders in media tree.

File path is correct - F:\Music\
WD 6TB external hard drive
