limit installation

It would be nice if users could select features to install. This could possibly work to decrease the wait time on startup? What I mean are specific encoders, visualizations, stuff like this that is extra. I don't remember these things being as optional when I installed them as they could have been.

Disable/Enable of Certain Plugins after next restart could be fairly easy to make with Scripting.
