In "Properties > Artwork":
- 1) "Remove Image" via context menu - Allow user to remove an image via the right-click context menu.
2) "Sort by type", "Sort by size", and "Sort by type and size" - This would be extremely beneficial. I was also going to ask for "move to top" and "move to bottom", but i think that sorting by type and size would be much more useful.
3) Same context menu for entire cell - Currently, when you hover over an image you get "Show image" and "Save as". When you hover away from the image, you get "Paste". It would be more convenient for the user to have the same context menu for the entire cell, regardless of whether you are hovering over the image or not (including the having the features requested above).
4) 2D Resize - When you show an image, you can resize it -- but you can only resize one dimension at a time. In other words, you can drag the sides of the image popup, but you can't drag the corner. If possible, i would prefer being able to resize the window by dragging the corner.
5) Remove or repair broken image links - If art files get renamed, moved, or deleted, then links to those files become broken.- a) Possibly add a "Remove all broken image links" feature.
b) Possibly add a "Find missing image files" feature (similar to the Add/Scan feature).
- a) Possibly add a "Remove all broken image links" feature.
- 6) Support <ImageType> (or some equivalent) in the pattern for organizing image files - For example, my default organization scheme for image files might be "images\<Artist> - <Year> - <Album> - <ImageType>" which would organize files as "images\AC-DC - 1980 - Back in Black - Front.jpg". Note: Ideally, this would include some kind of shortened or customizable type-name, since I would prefer "Front" over "Cover (Front)" and "CD" over "Media".
7) Support relative and/or absolute paths in the pattern for organizing image files - For example, "d:\Music\AlbumArt" (absolute path) or "AlbumArt" (relative path).
