Hi,
the title pretty much tells it all: when I change the transparency settings for Now Playing nothing happens (it remains 100% opaque). The transparency for the equalizer works fine.

I had some trouble before too. Have you tried restarting MM yet? I think that is what did the trick for me.
It also should be considered to reword the options as people might be believe the docked window should turn transparent.

... I now understand. If the window is floating but docking is activated, it won't get transparent and that's the intended behavior. It only gets transparent when docking is entirely disabled. So my transparencies work exactly as intended!
I cast my vote for wording clarification on this!
