Errors when Switching to Miniplayer

I have been receiving errors when switching to the miniplayer or minimizing. It has been inconsistent and I have not been able to determine any causative factors. It may also occur when switching to the miniplayer, although less frequently.

Typically I get a message saying an error has occurred and asks me if I want to send information. MM3 is then frozen and I have to use task manager to end it.
