Ipod version Support

Post by sadao »

From what I'm reading here in the forum it seems iPod support has not been tested on older IPods. Has anyone gotten it to work for 1st or 2nd gen firewire Ipods?

MM currently requires USB connected iPod. I cannot say if or when Firewire connected iPods will be supported.

Well, hopefully you guys will be able to support firewire ones (I have one of those) though to tell you the truth you are probably best off by focusing on mp3 players that are currently on the market (mine's some 2.75 yrs old). I can use ephpod.

Firewire Support

Post by RHVC »

I am using a 4th generation Ipod and would love to see the firewrire support. My system seems to run better with that connection rather than the USB.
However I am Just Ecstatic to have MM support for the Ipod in any form.

I do not seem to be able to create play lists and have tem work tho.
