Setup: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, RTM, running on Intel i7 920 + Intel SSD X-25 80GB gen 2
Mediamonkey 3.2 (1294 final release) fresh install
Theme: Glided & VitreousBlue tested
I have discovered a somewhat weird bug, and there seems to be a re-occurring scenario where this happens.
In certain scenarios, the following glitches/bugs appears:
* Cover art starts blinking 2-8 times at the beginning of a song.
* The track starts 2-5 seconds after you've clicked it, annoying delay.
* Some times, the track is greyed out, and it skips to the next track, or it skips 2 tracks.
* This can also be provoked/triggered, if I try to skip to the middle of the song, right after clicking play. It's guaranteed to skip to the next track if I do that.
This only happens if:
* The album art designated to the album is large, in the 3 examples I've used, typically 500kb to 1MB
Solution/workaround:
If I replace the album art with a smaller jpg-file, and the exact same name, there's no skips, no blinking album cover (maybe once, but that's normal), and MM responds much quicker when playing/editing the current album.
I've tried replacing big album art on 3 different albums, namely Eminem, Kid Cudi & Wyclef Jean, all of them run flawless with smaller sized album art.

Hmm, additional info: The skips also happens in some rare cases with smaller album art, but only when I try hard to trigger/provoke it, by skipping to the middle of the track as i hit the "next"-button on my Logitech keyboard. When adding the smaller album art, it must be saved/used on all tracks to avoid the bugs/glitches.

Probably best if you upload some example tracks to some file hosting site, then send download links to the support team:

Re: 1294 - Flashing album art & skipping tracks
I've recreated this on 15-20 albums now.. it's easy to try out:
1. Find an album with album art bigger than 500x500px. (Or download album art from the net and save it to the folder/tag)
2. Hit the next-button on your keyboard, watch the small cover art blink and MM stall for a second or 2-5 seconds.
3. Try to skip to the middle of the track right after you hit the next-button on some tracks, watch as MM skip the track, gray it out, and jump to the next.

Re: 1294 - Flashing album art & skipping tracks
I guess by "small album art" you mean the art displayed in the player?
Anyway, I was able to see what you mean by the art "blinking", but for me I see the same effect if the art is 800x800 or 300x300. I wasn't able to reproduce any stalling, freezing, or any other problems.
