1345: Next/Previous track doesn't show popup [#7275]

When using Next/Previous in the Player the new track popup fails to show.

Tested on skinned 1345 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?

(1345) Same here. Vista x64. It shows up when adjusting the pop up properties but not when changing tracks.

Is "Only when inactive" checked in the pop-up options? (Options > Player) If so, I'd think that's the expected behavior.
