After installing new MMW version 4.1.18.1851 (Win7 x64) from previous 4.1.18.1849 i got following error message.
1. After install as admin this error appears
> Error during player initialization
2. after first start after install as main user the following errors appears
> Error during player initialization
> Assertion failure (M:\Sources\MediaMonkey\MP3Datab\SQLiteDB.pas, line 2311)
3. after second start after install the next error, only cancel MMW over taskmanager
> Assertion failure (M:\Sources\MediaMonkey\MP3Datab\SQLiteDB.pas, line 2311) -> get the same error messages o lot of
4. after third start MMW works

There ia no druve "M:" at the computer! Previous verion 4.1.18.1849 orks without any problems.

additional info: first time the error appears by updating from 4.1.18.1848 to 1849 (all version greater 1848). MM-DB was changed by version 4.1.18.1848, hope this info help you

Could you please test with build 1852 and confirm that the issue isn't appearing anymore?

updating MMW from 4.1.18.1851 to 4.1.18.1852 works without any errors
