Trying to Eject

Post by Logan5 »

Tyring to eject my new FiiO M7 from MMW, but it always says "cannot be stopped now as it appears to be in use." It is brand new and I have not yet been able to sync it up. Will it harm it to eject it even though it is saying this?

Hi,
Most likely that Windows prevent MM to eject device. Try using USB icon in tray or app like Zentimo (https://zentimo.com/ I use it personally) /USB Safe Remove (https://safelyremove.com/index.htm was using it till Zentimo was released) and see what apps is blocking Safe removal.

Thanks! I downloaded Zentimo's free trial, and will let you know if I am still having problems.
