Trying To Understand Theme Editor

Hi Guys, I'm trying to learn skinning and have theme editor open "experimenting" with changing object elements etc. My problem is, there doesn't appear to be any reference guide for what I'm looking at or changing in Theme Editor, except for trial and error. Right now I'm looking at something called Objects / Menu Bar / Item (I don't know how to attach a screenshot to this post either), but I'm not exactly sure which menu item I'm tweaking. So is there some sort of mud map or reference illustration for where these objects appear in the MM program. Thanks all.
