MP3 Caching in MM4?

One of my biggest things I wish Media Monkey did was create an MP3/OGG cache (or shadow cache) when I transfer my flac to my MP3 player. I hate waiting days for my music to transfer to my MP3 player because MM3 instead encodes on-the-fly every time it transfers. Is this feature going to be added to MM4?
