Note3 Android 4.4.2/MMA won't sync to SD card

Hi I have a new Note 3 running Android 4.4.2. Everything was working really great, wifi sync too, perfect, until suddenly when I try to sync either by USB or WiFi, the tracks don't end up on my SD card. It LOOKS LIKE it's syncing, it says it's syncing, the little sync bars are flying along, but the tracks don't appear.
I thought it must be the Google SD card security thing, but I'm not running 4.4.4.
I can drag and drop folders into the MM folder no problem, BUT MMA doesn't recognize the tracks....Google music will though.
I just tried Samsung Keis software....synced 1 album....and guess what, MMA DOES recognize it.
I don't wanna use Keis! It sucks!
The problem started running the MMA so I changed to MMA Beta...no good.
I have one LP now that appears on the SD card on the MM tree, but does not appear on MMA.
Ive uninstalled MM and MMA 2-3 times.
This is driving me bonkers! Heeeelp!

Which exact versions of MMA and MMW are you using?

MMA 1.1.0.0341 beta

Have you checked to make sure the files aren't on the internal memory instead (switched Device Profiles)?

If that's not the problem you can send a debug log (from About screen in MMA) right after a wifi sync that failed to sync to the SD card.
