i have this device:

it creates a hotspot and i am connected to it directly via my notebook.
so if i get things right, i have to choose the dlna renderer in the player options?
but the box is not shown there..
also i dont see it under media sharing.
obviously i am doing something wrong?
iam using latest build in portable mode.
(i can use airplay with itunes without problem, device is shown, also with iphone)

its not a player, just a streaming box, that passes on to the speaker.
only thing to configure in the html config page is the connection to my router..

Have you tried connecting it and your PC to a wifi router instead of directly between box and PC?

right now im running mediamonkey with airfoil sending it..
do i need something outside of mm maybe?
whats mm depending on with dlna? maybe some win service?
