"Cast" (stream audio) from PC to Denon Receiver

Hi,

I've read a few other posts, but general solution is not working for me, so I would be thankful for any help:

- I have a Denon AVR, and I'm trying to "cast" or "Beam" my audio from my MM on my PC to the receiver. I start the MM player and it plays fine on my PC. Then I right click on the player go to "choose player" and select my Denon AVR which is listed. As soon as I do this, the song stops. I then try to play it again, but it never starts to play. Basically I loose the control to Play or Pause (I can still use "next" and "previous" on the current playlist, but it does not play anything.

I appreciate any input, thanks so much.

The poor guy asks the same question I have Getting music to play on the Denon 150 Home Speakers and not 1 person answers this question Before I spend 59.95 I want to know this is doable iTunes does it easily maybe I'll stick with iTunes free no less wow

It depends on Denon device supporting the DLNA industry standard or Chromecast as MediaMonkey can use either to cast to devices on the local network.
