MediaMonkey for Android test builds

Post by rusty »

If you'd like to test pre-release MediaMonkey for Android (MMA) builds, they're available via the Google Play store. To use them, you have to first install MMA from the store, then register for pre-release testing after which you'll be updated to the latest corresponding build. Although these builds give you access to the latest and greatest features that we're working on, please keep in mind that there are reasons why they're not yet released:
  • Alpha builds have undergone limited testing and as such will likely contain bugs, many of which we're not even aware of. They are only available to users who have been granted access by the MediaMonkey team.
  • Beta builds are closer to feature complete and have undergone more thorough testing, so most, but not all bugs are known. They are available to anyone.
To participate:
  1. Install the latest version of 'MediaMonkey' via ... nkey&hl=en
  2. Register in Google Play for the pre-release test program via: ... ediamonkey
After a period of time, your MediaMonkey build will automatically be updated to the latest beta version (and will continue to be automatically updated with the latest beta builds unless you de-register from the beta program).

Test Notes:
  • Some functionality will expire after 15 days unless you update to MediaMonkey Pro. Installing a new Beta build resets the timer.
Enjoy and please let us know what you think!
