What is the maximum number of titles/songs that MMW can manage?

Hi,
There is no actual Limit it can be even more than 1M of tracks. Usually it is targeted and measures on up to 250K of tracks, I have see and worked on libraries with more than 1M tracks.

Thing we have found that ATM most interesting limitation reported is when MM Library file (MM.DB) pass 4GB mark, but again I have seen that only few times in past 10+ years with libraries 400K+ tracks where hardware bottlenecks starts to kick in.
