I'm trying to submit a support ticket. When I get though the whole process (attaching two files, MM.db and mediamonkey.ini), the site waits for a while and then returns the two errors below, each in its own red box at the top of the page:
"We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again"
"Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over."
It's kind of annoying to have the support ticket page be buggy.

You're likely attaching over 2MB of files. Use a file sharing (like Dropbox) to host the files and include a link to them in the Support Ticket instead.

Hmm. It would be a lot more helpful if it gave that error instead of a generic one. Thanks.
