[Minor] Keyboard shortcut Shift-Ctrl-C doesn't work [#16510]

MMW version 4.1.27.1897, Win10. The Convert Format function works (selected from menu), just not the shortcut. Have tried several times so I know it's not a fluke, and files ware selected every time.

Found it. I recently installed a new video card and the software had Hot Keys that were using this same configuration for camera. Turned that off, and now it's working again in MediaMonkey. Now that I think about it, I probably could have gone into MediaMonkey hotkeys and set Shift+Ctrl+C to Global. It would have likely overwritten the video card.
