My Menu bar seems to have disappeared It no longer shows "File" where I used to click "File" then "Download" and I could enter a web link address to download podcasts. Now I can no longer download podcasts that I want. What happened? I have version 4 License Key V49-YJ4S-ZTCK-WJ4Q-N22D.

You disabled it from the View Menu.
Using Alt or Alt+V may reveal the Main Menu to you. Also clicking in the area left of the tabs may reveal it. If you can reveal it this way re-enable it under the View > Main Menu.
