A note on the Memory Access Violation popup during Windows 10 Shutdown/Restart with MM5 Build 2260 (Issue persists). I upgraded recently from an Intel i7-4790k to a Ryzen 3600 with a fresh install of the most recent build of both Windows (2004) and MM5 2260.
The system is entirely new with an upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4 3200 RAM. The only component carried over is an Nvidia 1660 Non-TI. All other components are new.
Hope this helps narrow down possible suspects.

Hi,
Can you please try this.
Install clean MM5 Portable (selected during install) to c:\MMTemp and try to start it.

Re: Note on Shutdown/Restart Issue #16234
Installed clean portable as described. Immediate error on restart. Clean library with default view. Canceled folder scan. No settings changed.
Out of curiosity, this error has persisted with only MM5 on all builds of Windows 10. Has anyone tested on Win 7? Also, is it possible the SQL version change is causing a conflict?

Capture this error in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 30&t=86643
