Add Support for Tagging from Deezer
Deezer quite an open API without rate limiting and registering an account, tagging from it would provide from avenues to tag music not on discogs or musicbrainz database.

I will take a look at the api from deezer. Maybe i can put it into my addon Tagger

I played a bit with the api. It's easy to use, but Deezer isn't a good source for tagging.
It could be a good source for album picture, that's all.
