That list is user maintained and thus may miss devices. Your device should work without problems. Please open a topic in the MediaMonkey 5 forum, or capture the failed Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

The log will help a developer analyze why this happens in your setup.
