Move all files in any parent's subfolders?

Does anyone know of a utility to move all files in any parent's subfolders
to the parent folder, preferably also deleting all the subfolders?

That reminded me of possibly using a renamer.
I'm consulting the forum for my favorite one, 'ReNamer'

Hi,
I use bulk rename for years and it is flawless, especially with scripting and macros.

I have not tried ReNamer, but every one of similar tested apps fail in comparison to Bulk Rename
