I am not certain this is related to MMS, but I just updated MMS to version 0.4.1 yesterday, and since then I cannot see any of my files using MMW/MMS on my laptop. I set MMS to scan the correct file locations today, but that did not fix the problem. When I attempt to sync, I keep getting an error about not being logged in, but I have logged in multiple times, restarted everything multiple times to no avail. I can view all my songs on the web interface. I cannot stream anything using MMA/MMS either.

Hi, which build of MMW5 are you using? Can you install the latest MMW5.0.2 debug build (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=86639&sd=d) and send a crash log?

I am using MMW 5.0.1.2433 on the laptop I am trying to remotely access MMS with, as well as the PC where the main MMW database is located.
I'll try to get to the debug install at some point.
