Hi,
Unable to launch latest version MediaMonkey 5 on Windows 10 x64
not possible to add a screenshot !

MediaMonkey 5.0.4? What happens; do you see any error messages?

I'm not sure what you mean with the last message. You can open a Support Ticket and attach screenshots to it.

PPP,
There may be an incompatibility with your graphics card. If your GPU drivers are up to date, then:

Run MediaMonkey by using MediaMonkey_NoGPU.bat (located in the folder where MediaMonkey is installed) to start MediaMonkey instead of MediaMonkey.exe to disable hardware acceleration.

Dose that solve the problem?

Can you please be more specific on GPU that you may have so that we can try to track and prevent these issues.
