MediaMonkey WASAPI output

Post by eliasro »

I use Windows10, Windows 10 Enterprise Edition
22H2 version
Installed on ‎05/‎12/‎2022
OS Build 19045.2251
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

I have Installed MediaMonkey Version 5.0.4.2690, and configured the MediaMonkey WASAPI output. The sound was really clean and very good, but every time I enter the MM, or I listen to another folder, the sound volume goes to 100%.
Has anyone already fixed this problem?
Thank you

Did you enable Exclusive mode in the WASAPI settings MediaMonkey? In that case it's expected as the system controls volume.

Good morning, Yes, the Exclusive Mode is ENABLED, I understand that the System Controls the Volume, by the way, most think that this is not satisfactory, the question is, do we have to stop using this Plugin, or will there be a correction?

No, you can disable Exclusive Mode and control is not handed over to be able to independently control volume in MediaMonkey.
