4.1.31.1919 Available Devices / Plugins tooltip disappeared

On Tools > Options > Portable Device Sync, hover over over Available Devices / Plugins.

Expected: a tooltip as per 1709:

Observed: no tooltip:

Other options e.g. OS integration work as expected.

Note: Not yet filed in Mantis.

MediaMonkey 4 is no longer being developed, MediaMonkey 5 is the current release.
