Force album art to fill the AA window

Post by nipa »

I'd like an option to make my album art images stretched to fill the album art window. All of my album art is roughly 1:1 aspect ratio and I'd like to get rid of the 1-pixel wide lines of background I occasionally get on one or two sides of the image displayed.

yes a way to stretch the album art would be nice.

but i think that would mean a fixed window size to do that?

I also wish for this. Unfortunately this wish got listed as Low Priority in the Official Wish List for awhile back .

Maybe some time in the future... who knows.. I don't...

i have this in the latest version of monkey just move the album art window to where you want it. grab its title bar and move it out of the default place.

and put it in another docked place then you can grab the frame of the wind and make it as big or small as you want. if your album art is square it will fill the window but the smaller the art the worse it looks.

i can only double most mine and mine are 300 x 300 pixels.

rovingcowboy, if I understand correctly, your solution means that we have to more or less manually resize the AA window?

thats what i did and the album art stretched to the size of the frame.

i am not aware of any way for it to be an automatic resize of the window.?

:) :-?
