Thanks! It's on our todo list...just categorized as 'urgent' rather than 'immediate' ;-)

I am a beta tester for MMA and simply love the newest version. I am running MMA 2.0.0.1071. I am having a recent issue with wifi syncing to MMW 5.0.4.2690 on my pixel 6. I have been wifi syncing for years: most recently Saturday, March 11, which was successful. I tried to wifi sync Monday, March 13 and I got a red triangle that states "Global Error". I have tried to wifi sync many times since, but get the same error. I have sent in log RZ715ZU8YQ. Thanks for any help you can give.

Good morning. Here is a quick update. I reset (again) my router and modem. The sync didn't work. However, I was on the 5.0 router setting. I tried the 2.4 setting and the sync worked. I don't understand why 5.0, which is what I always use didn't make the connection, but I have success nonetheless. Hopes this helps another user with the same issue. Thanks

Hi,
I have seen such reports in the past, but settings depend on Router Model :(

I personally own pair of ASUS RT-AX92U Routers and use ASUS Smart connect that allow same WiFi SSID name so it does not matter if you are connected on 2.4ghz or 5ghz WLAN.

I suspect that it is settings issue and possibly that you have AP Isolation enabled (Some routers have that enabled by default).
Best regards,
