How can I prevent the collapsing of the album node when editing in the mainlist?
When searching for duplicates of tracks from an album, I open the album in the album node under music.
Drakinites "Show Links" lead me to duplicate titles, of which I delete the redundant one (from another album).
About 1,5 seconds later the album node collapses and shows only the current album.
What is this good for?

Are you still in the Album node or taken elsewhere with the Show Links Addon? Are you referring to the Media Tree?

Re: HowTo? Prevent collapsing Album node
Thanks for your reply,
I am in the Media Tree in Music/Albums with the option "Show all subnodes".
In such a Subnode (Album) I select a Track in the Main List and (forget about the addon for once) "FInd more from the same Title".
The Main List now contains one ore more tracks.
When I make changes on one these tracks (Properties, Analyze Volume, Deletion), the Subnodes in the MediaNode collapses and can't be expanded for a while.
Only a very fast canceling of the filter in the Toolbar prevents MM5 from collapsing to the actual Album.

Re: HowTo? Prevent collapsing Album node
Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?t=86639
This will help a developer analyze how this happens on your setup.
