Dragging Files To Music

At one time when I manually dragged files to the Music folder it would pop up a confirmation box and tell me how many files I was trying to add. I probably accidentally stopped it. I not sure if it is in the options or the .ini file but I cannot see how to restore that.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I still don't know which line to edit in the .ini?

I changed this in the ini but it still did now work.
