Cannot load MMW5 Addon Milkshake
I have found "Milkshake Preset Pack 1.0.0" and replaced the "Presets.js" file with the new file. But I need help to install this visualisation.

There is no installation necessary. Just replace the existing "presets.js" in your MediaMonkey scripts subfolder which is typically "...\MediaMonkey 5\Scripts\vis_milkshake" (rename your old "presets.js" in case you want to keep it as backup).
After enabling "visualization" in the "View" menu, just play a song and the visualization starts. With right-click you have now a much longer list of presets in Milkshake

I actually did that preset pack. It was actually "sourced" from the original Milkshake on github.
