When purchasing an annual license, can I install Media Monkey PRO on multiple devices?
If so, can these devices be Windows and Android?

Windows and Android are separate purchases/licenses. You can use the Windows License on-up-to 3 of your own PCs and the Android License can be used on devices with the Play Store tied to your Google account (your made the purchase with).
