Folder Active and Scans Absent on Media Server.

I noticed that a folder was scanned and updated in 4.5Gold and will play in the windows console.
However using it on Media Monkey Server the folder is not there.
I have made sure it can be shared and is not Hidden. And I can see files in widows just not when using the server.
I also noticed this on 4.0 as well.
I have re-installed the program both on PC and on remote access. No errors in logs.
But also cant see the folder which it scans fine.

Are you sure you shared them in the Media Server settings in MMW. Or are you trying to access the Media Server from the MediaMonkey Service or MMS App instead?

The folder its self is under a folder and same folder used previously.
I actually tried a new folder set it up and moved the files.

I should define that the SERVER is where its not showing.
I have tried both the APP and Separate apps, even my quest. That all usually see the folders easily.
I am perplexed why just the one folder is acting up and yet if I create a new one it does the same thing.
So to answer the question I am trying both options on my phone and other devices.

I had a whole different issue with MM5 and yet all these issues started about the same time.
I have tried the typical reinstall and scrubbing the registry. Came here as I just cant see to nail it down.

I worked on this hours and no solution as of yet.
Frustrating support so far.
One line response.
So I will repeat it.
The folders are showing up in windows under the software, they can play files on windows.
But no files placed in old folders or new show up. No new folders themselves show up.
Yet all other files and folders used prior to a week ago scan fine. Logs show no errors.
I have done full reinstalls, and registry scrubs. So any lingering setting would have been replaced.
Yet it only finds the ones previously scanned, and scan them again. Makes no sense.
If any one answers. please it would be appreciate some specific on what might be occurring.

By the way this is why people get frustrated with software support from companies.
They have zero idea a person trying to accomplish a task and then they wait and get a one line answer is
not acceptable. It amounts to being told did you clear your browser cache that is everyone's website go to.
Wasting every ones time.

Where in MediaMonkey do you see the files? Is it in Music? Or perhaps just My Computer?
