Tell me the difference, please...
Right, so why are the Forum headings still geared towards MM5 when the software is now, in fact MM2024...or something similarly related to the current calendar year?

Tell me another difference, please...
What?
Why do different apps/progs have differing results from the same commands...? Sooooo annoying!!!
Pressing ctrl/rtrn on WhatsApp starts a new paragraph. Doing the same on here/Outlook sends the starts a new topic/email!!
No wonder I dream of an existence off-the-grid in all senses...no need to deal with onlinery any more!
Anyway...please tell me the difference between a de-bug download and whatever the other option download is.
It's been since at least since mid-May 2024 that I last downloaded/upgraded MM-whatever, and I'm detecting niggles.
I hate niggles...especially in something which has been going for years and, one might think/hope for, would be ironed out by now.
That said, I know from looking that I'm a bit behind the curve, and certain simple actions on what I currently have (2024.0.0.3019) are being problematic.

So..following on from previously 'coming too soon' posts, do I update with a de-bug version or do I update with whatever the other option is?
I ain't a software kinda guy - I just want something that does what it's supposed to do as and when I want it done (as long as I can control any relevant/required info)

Debug (step 4b) is there if you want to create debug logs for an issue you run into: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643 Both will work just fine, the debug version has some extra code to capture logs.
