I never activated my account

Hello.
In December 2023, I purchased the Gold Lifetime version. I was almost immediately hit with a lot of ridiculous personal life drama, and promptly forgot about my purchase.
I recently was reminded about this, so I'm trying to activate my account. When I try to upgrade now, I am told that my link has expired. Is there any way to refresh my link? I would really love to be able to utilize the version that I paid for.

Please open support ticket and supply us with details of purchase.

Also can you check old mails (possibly a span folder) if you got the license Key pair?
