I used the install package but when the dialog box comes up the lyrics field has a white square with a red X in it and no indicator to show it's processing the tracks. I tried it with tracks that I already have lyrics for that I know every site has. I tried uninstalling removed all files then installed again but still just the same white square with red X. Any ideas?

Mine does that as well though the script works just fine.

The updated script works great, with the exeception that the loading.gif image won't display, I just see a red X.

I get the Red X during the search for each lyric, as the search progresses the Red X moves to the next query and disappears at the end of the query. It has no effect on the operation of the script, when the SAVE button is activated you can see how many results are added to the query. The only difference AFAIK is the search is slower which is a hosting issue. All things being equal this was a great job of scripting a wonderful show of support in hosting the script under very difficult circumstances so KUDOS guys and thank you.

Oh definitely - I've had no other problems other than the big red X, which I can ignore for now!

The red x is loading.gif which is this image included in the lyricator package:



I don't know why it doesn't show up though.

Neither do I however it doesn't do anything, I have left it open for 15 minutes on tracks that it should easily find the lyrics to but nothing. Such is life i will just have to do without it for now

thank you very, very much for your very solid work. Now lyricator is running well.

For the problem of not showing the animated "loading.gif" image I found following solution:

within lyricator.js change following statement:

loading = new Asset.image('loading.gif');

into

loading = new Asset.image(loadinggif);

Then the image will show the animation.
