[REQ] Inaccessible player modal window [#18691]

I wasn't quite sure where to post this as it's not a bug as much as a request.

I've run into an occasional issue where with an Android remote-control program (described extensively elsewhere in the forum) i've written that speaks to MM5 via a custom addon exposing a set of restful calls if i attempt to switch to another player such as a Chromecast device and the device is/goes offline a modal window opens up on the MM5 client app saying "The 'xxxx' player is turned off or inaccessible". This in effect stops my remote-control program from working as it requires a user acknowledgment at the PC and stops accepting requests.

Could this message be changed to a short pop-up message and or timeout after a few seconds?

Thanks again for this incredible app and your willingness to support the users.

Awesome and as always...thanks so much for everything the MM5 developers are doing to continually improve the app.

Hi,
Should be fixed, now only you need to wait that new build is released.

Unfortunately for people not using remote, it's now difficult to see what happened. Music has stopped, go to PC and alt-tab to MM5 and it shows nothing. No error, no reason why playback has stopped. Only now for the 6th time or so, I saw it displayed a toast message.

Why not create a 'silent' option that uses a toast message for all pop-ups?
